AutoCAD: An Introduction

COURSE INFORMATION:

Place of Study: Shetland College UHI, Lerwick

Mode of Study: Part time, evening class

Length of course: 12 weeks

Start Date: August 2011

Entry Requirements: Some computer experience would be beneficial. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of Information Technology use in the workplace.

COURSE SUMMARY:

The Introduction to AutoCAD is aimed at providing you with the opportunity to develop practical drawing skills relevant to this industry standard application. 

COURSE CONTENT:

You will learn the basic building blocks used in producing accurate 2D drawings, along with plot settings through the use of viewports.

As this is an uncertified course there will be no formal assessments.
