Part-time Care Courses
COURSE INFORMATION:
Place of Study: Shetland College UHI, Lerwick
Mode of Study: Part time
Length of course: 1 year (1 day per week + 2 hours private study)
Start Date: September 2011
Entry Requirements: None but you will be invited to attend an induction day to assess if you are able to work at the required level.
COURSE SUMMARY:
The Health & Care department offers the following part-time National Qualification (NQ) courses and individual units, which can be completed through day release, Full-time individualised courses can also be organised for those interested in progressing onto Higher Education in related disciplines. Please contact the Health & Care department to discuss your requirements with one of our lecturers. You may find your employer will support you on these courses.
