Difficult Conversations

This course is designed to further develop capability in conducting honest, crucial conversations whilst also positively engaging and influencing team members and other key stakeholders. This course aims to build confidence in addressing difficult issues and to move through conflict to achieve better working relationships.

By the end of this course, delegates should be able to:

  • Deal with the problems timely and appropriately before they become a crisis
  • Handle issues sensitively to avoid escalation
  • Diffuse difficult situations through appropriate communication
  • Create an action plan for dealing with difficult situations
