Quality Improvement Committee
“At this committee, all aspects of the quality of provision in relation to the learner experience, including ICT, are discussed. This includes compliance with UHI policies and procedures. This committee reports to the college’s Academic Board and regular meetings are scheduled throughout 2012/2013. Membership comprises the Depute Principal, Operations Manager, Section Heads, the Librarian, and two elected staff. The Depute Principal chairs the committee as Quality Manager.
Members consider and approve the development and implementation of the college’s quality policies and procedures, on-going revisions to the college’s Quality Manual and new UHI policies and procedures, as well as new awards and main points for action from HMIE/Education Scotland review/aspect tasks/annual engagement visits.”
