Time to Talk Day 2021
Time to Talk Day 2021 takes place on Thursday 4th February with the aim to start conversations about mental health and help end the stigma. As part of Time to Talk, our counsellor Gwen Williamson is offering 30 minute one to one virtual meetings for students who would like to check in with her over the week of 1st – 4th February.
This has been a challenging and unprecedented time for us all. Talking through what is on our minds, however small is an important part of improving our own wellbeing and resilience and in turn contributing to the wellbeing of our community as a whole. Speaking things through before they develop into problems is a great way to look after ourselves.
So, whether it is COVID or caring for the cat that’s on your mind, or you’d just like to find out more about our wellbeing and counselling service email firstname.lastname@example.org and book your slot with Gwen. Gwen looks forward to meeting you and hearing what’s going on for you at the moment.
