Where to find us

Specialise at one of our vibrant campuses in Lerwick or Scalloway. With extensive, modern facilities and supportive staff, you can experience where learning means more.

We offer education across the length and breadth of the Shetland Isles; location need not be an issue with our conveniently located Learning Centres.

Business and consultancy

UHI Shetland offers a wide range of consultancy services and training to business both in and beyond Shetland.

We offer a range of professionally accredited training and development courses for industry. We can work with employers to identify training needs, tackle potential skills shortages and training to support new or existing employees.

Vocational training and apprenticeships are supported by UHI Shetland in a wide range of specialisms.

With many years of experience supporting fishing and aquaculture, we understand the needs of the industry. We have a range of facilities such as vessels and marine hatchery available for commercial hire.
