During the first week of both FE and HE at Shetland College UHI we'll have a Freshers Fayre taking place as well as a programme of social activities called #MoreThanAWeek.
In Briggistanes, the canteen area, during the daytime we'll have information on things you can get involved in as a student and in particular how you can make your student voice be heard loud and clear.
Our Fresher Princes meanwhile have been busy planning #MoreThanAWeek - events and activities for students to take part in which can be viewed here.
The Fresher Princes are Barry Irvine, John Keir (the newly elected HISA Depute for Shetland College UHI) and Yoel Howard. They'll be wearing t-shirts to help identify themselves during the first couple of weeks and will be happy to answer questions or help students find their way round. John is especially keen to hear from students on what kind of activities or events we could be organising on a more regular basis.
