Graduation and celebration of success and achievement
Graduation is a special day when you get to celebrate your achievements with friends and family. It’s also a special day for our staff, who are incredibly proud of you.
Our ceremony will take place on Friday 6th December 2024 at Mareel, Lerwick, Shetland.
This is for students who have completed their studies in the 2023/24 academic year. Eligible students will be contacted by email in Autumn 20204 and asked to register for the ceremony specific to their subject area.
Please note: there are a number of stairs in Mareel and walking to the stage will require graduants to use the stairs. If you are unable to climb stairs please make this clear in your registration form so that we can accommodate your needs.

You can do this whenever you like, and the options are available now.

UHI Shetland have partnered with Ben Mullay Photography, who has taken graduation photos professionally since 2012. Ben will be available this year for graduation photography all day at Mareel in Lerwick. By filling out our Registration Form, you can book your photography with Ben. A 15 minute slot will be sent to the graduating student confirming photography timings on reciept of a confirmation of photography through the registgration form.
