As a student there are many discounts available to you. Many local businesses kindly provide discounts for Shetland UHI students, keep an eye on the website for any updates.
TOTUM, recommended by the National Union of Students is a student discount, proof of age ID and campus life card while UniDays offers a massive range of online discounts.
While studying you might find the Free Book Delivery and Microsoft Office discounts useful, and if travelling, be sure to look at the Zettrans, Loganair or Northlink discount options.

Shetland Recreational Trust 's new More4life membership is available from 1 November 2021.
More4life is designed to be accessible and affordable for all Shetland residents and will allow greater access to Shetland Recreational Trust facilities.
Shetland Recreational Trust's Corporate Leisure Scheme which students previously had access to will be discontinued so that the people of Shetland can access the best deal possible regardless of where they work or study. However, corporate members will be able to stay on their current package if they so wish for a maximum period of two years but will be limited to the activity(s) it covers.
