The UHI Servicedesk will be your primary contact for IT support issues, but our ICT Service staff will provide local support when required, operating from both the Lerwick and Scalloway campuses.
UHI Servicedesk provide support for all UHI services such as:
- Brightspace
- MyDay
- Webex
- UHI account issues
